Workflows

What you can build with Apropo and MCP.

From a client brief to a priced proposal and a working prototype. Each workflow chains Apropo methods, can be combined with other MCP servers, and stops at a human review gate where it matters.

Good practice

Human in the loop, by design.

Agents are fast at the preparation. People stay in charge of what leaves the company and what costs money. Every workflow marks where a person decides.

Agents draft, people send

Nothing reaches a client or changes a deal stage without a person's click. The agent prepares the email, the estimate and the link.

Approve where the work lives

The approval is a task or stage in your CRM or a button in Slack or Teams, not a line buried in an agent session.

Edit the way you prefer

A reviewer can change the estimate in the Apropo editor or ask the agent to do it. Both write to the same version, and edits are protected by a version lock.

Least privilege

Read-only workflows can run on read-only access (mcp:read). Writes need write access, and deleting needs a typed confirmation.

Anonymise before the model sees it

Client names and sensitive details are removed from a brief before it goes to the agent. Apropo never needs the client's identity.

Leave a trail

Each step ends in something a reviewer can open: an Apropo version, a share link, a note on the deal. Ask the agent to log what it did.

Examples of tools these workflows combine with Apropo. What an agent can do in each depends on what that vendor's MCP server exposes, so check it for your setup. HubSpot Pipedrive Apollo Gmail Slack Microsoft Teams Jira Asana ClickUp Linear Notion Miro
